Technique

Technique is the foundation of your training. If your technique is bad, that’s going to affect your results and increase your risk of injury. Always have good technique, and don’t be blinded by your ego for extra weight or reps.

If you’re new to training, it is helpful to watch video tutorials on how to perform the main movements. There are many tutorials out there, but below I provide some done by Jeff Nippard (great content) for the main movements.
