Expectations
Coaching can greatly help to reach your fitness goals. But it’s not magic. You have to be willing to work hard. I can help you, but you’re the one doing the work. I can’t train or diet for you.
The best analogy for coaching is that I am the GPS, but you are the driver. I can tell you the most efficient way to get to your plans and adjust your plan as needed, but you’re the one actually making the journey.
Furthermore, results take time. I wish I could say I will get you super big, strong, or lean in a few weeks, but that just doesn’t happen. Be patient as you will be greatly rewarded.
