Recordings

I recommend recording videos of your lifting often and posting them in the group. This allows me to see how you’re doing the movements and correct them if needed. What you should record and how often depends on how long you have been working with me or training in general.

If you’re new, I recommend recording the first and last set of every exercise for a given day. While this is a bit of a nuisance in the beginning, it pays off big time in the long term to make sure you’re doing things correctly.

If you have been training for a while, then just record 1 set of each main compound movement per week.

If you’re advanced and have been training for many years, your technique is likely good by this point, and you can just post some videos sporadically.
